you don't really lose anything when you adopt a wrong notion that you have been vilified - you're just threatened because your illusion of grandiose becomes questionable.

(did you just call me "bobo" for having a low opinion of you? or for talking to your so called circle of friends from which you care more about the alliance than the relationship - that's why you think it's a big deal if they repeat to you what they hear and make yourself believe they are loyal - what do you think of your friends? dogs? I don't think so)
